Our student ministry exists to point students to Christ, to connect them with other Christians, to help them grow in the truth, and to challenge them to honor God and serve others with their life.
One of the biggest goals of our ministry is to help students find their identity in Christ. Some of the ways we try to present the Truth to our students are through Wednesday evening youth group meetings, Sunday School classes, interpersonal relationships with leaders, and our Fall and Winter retreats.
Outside of the weekly youth group setting we also use activities to connect with our students. We usually have one big event each month, and there are plenty of opportunities for people to serve. If you are interested in getting involved, here are some ways to use the gifts God has given you:
- Wednesday night youth group/small group leader
- Investing in Godly relationships with students
- Sunday School teacher
- Chaperones for activities, host parties, etc.
Students aren’t our only concern, though. We also have a heart for the families of our middle school students. Our desire is to come alongside parents to help in any way we can to support them in the raising up of their children to be God’s children.
For more information, or if you would like to meet, please call the church and talk to Joe Gough, Director of Middle School Ministries or Becky Gregowske, Administrative Assistant to the youth ministries.
