ELDER DISCIPLESHIP: As under-shepherds of the Chief Shepherd, the Elder board is firmly convinced of its own need for spiritual growth and development. Truly, we can only lead others as far as we have gone. The Elders have committed to regular time in God's Word, prayer with one another and significant accountability relationships.
ELECTED LEADERSHIP: Other church boards and committees are being encouraged to follow the example of the Elders. It is our desire that every elected church leader be held accountable for personal growth in Christ. More information is to come.
STAFF TRAINING: Throughout the school year, the church staff has privilege of learning from CCEF counselors and teachers who come and teach twice a month. Training is offered to all church staff in order to enhance spiritual growth and ministry opportunity.
CONFERENCES:
SPECIAL SEMINARS AND WORKSHOPS: Throughout the year, special teacher training seminars and small group facilitator workshops are offered to those who are involved in those specific ministries. Often outside speakers are called upon to teach. Sometimes our own pastors and staff offer training as well.
