As I begin another year at Chelten, I am thrilled for the opportunity to come along side of many in their time of need, assure them of His promises and commit them to God as He fulfills His special purposes in their lives.

If you have a particular need or know of someone who does, please contact me at the church or at my home. If you know of someone hospitalized or in need of a meal, phone call, letter or visit, please be sure to let me know. As God’s Word reminds us in Galatians 6: 2,10:

Carry each other’s burdens, and in this way
you will fulfill the law of Christ….Therefore,
as we have opportunity, let us do good to all
people, especially to those who belong to the
family of believers. [Galatians 6:2,10]

At Chelten we have a caring ministry team and loving church family that eagerly delights in reaching out to people in the name of Jesus. If you are willing to use the gifts and resources God has given you in demonstrating His love, I would love to hear from you!  God has brought us into a personal relationship with Himself through faith in Jesus that we might fulfill the Biblical mandate found in Ephesians 2:10.

For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to
do good works, which God has prepared in advance for us to do.”

The question we must ask ourselves is, “Lord, what have you planned for me today to show and share the love of Jesus through what we say and do?”
